We work with leading organisations to help them better understand the concerns of LGBT+ people, making sure such concerns are heard and understood.

This important aspect of Out Now's work makes sure that organisations across the world better understand what is important to LGBT+ people, as employees, as customers - and as members of the communities they live in.

We offer LGBT people the chance to sign up with Out Now and participate in research, both LGBT+ specific and other research campaigns, which is often incentivised for participants.
